Whale Watching With Purpose

Blue Giants Whale Watching is not a tourist attraction — it’s an invitation to connect. Each trip is a chance to experience the ocean through the eyes of a marine biologist. As we explore, you’ll learn to recognize whale behaviors, understand their ecology, and witness their power and grace up close. Our biologists share their knowledge through stories and science, creating a warm, engaging atmosphere that invites curiosity and connection.

Every voyage contributes to science, our marine biologists collect data on each trip to better understand and protect these incredible animals. Your support helps us continue this work while expanding ocean access for students and communities who might otherwise not have the chance to experience it firsthand.

Learn how your trip supports ocean access and education through our Community & Impact programs.

Preparing for Your Trip

We want your experience on the water to be as enjoyable and comfortable as possible. Here are a few things to know before you come aboard:

• Dress warmly and in layers — it can be cooler on the water even on sunny days.
• Bring a reusable water bottle and snacks if you’d like.
• Don’t forget sunscreen, sunglasses, and a hat.
• If you’re prone to motion sickness, plan ahead with your preferred remedy.
